ALIMENTOS
Los alimentos
son todo aquello que comemos y bebemos.
Existen tres tipos de alimentos; los de origen
vegetal, animal o mineral:
Origen vegetal:
proceden de las plantas, tales como verduras, frutas, cereales o legumbres.
Origen animal:
proceden de los animales, tales como el pescado, las carnes, la leche o los
huevos.
Origen mineral:
proceden de los minerales, tales como el agua o la sal.
Los alimentos nos
aportan diferentes tipos de nutrientes:

los hidratos de carbono o glúcidos.

las proteínas.
-
las grasas o lípidos.
-
las vitaminas.
-
los minerales.
-
el agua.
-
la fibra.
Las grasas
son nutrientes que dan energía y ayudan en la absorción de las
vitaminas . Nuestro cuerpo las utilizan como combustible.
Las grasas se encuentran
en: el aceite, lácteos,chocolate, huevos…Tienen muchas calorías.
Los
hidratos de carbono son uno de los principales nutrientes que contienen
los alimentos. Los carbohidratos (se llaman así también a los hidratos de
carbono), son la principal fuente de energía del cuerpo.
Se
encuentran en :
Cereales.
arroz, trigo, maíz, cebada, centeno, avena ...
Azúcares.
Tubérculos:
patatas, rábanos, zanahorias...
Legumbres:
lentejas, alubias, garbanzos, guisantes...
Frutas y verduras:
naranjas, manzanas, fresas, lechugas, acelgas, borraja...
